You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2. Service Orders, Payments & Billing
All services are billed on a prepaid basis unless otherwise agreed.
Prices, billing cycles, and renewal terms are set at the time of order confirmation.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in service suspension or termination.
Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
3. Service Provisioning & Activation
Instant UK Server offers instant activation for eligible UK server hosting plans once payment is confirmed.
Activation may be delayed if manual review or verification is required.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for:
Illegal activities or content that violates local, national, or international laws
Spamming, phishing, or distribution of malware
Hacking, DDoS attacks, or any abusive behavior
Hosting copyrighted content without proper authorization
5. Uptime & SLA
We aim to deliver 99.9% uptime as outlined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and customer-caused outages are excluded from uptime calculation.
6.Customer Data & Backups
You are responsible for regularly backing up your data.
Instant UK Server is not liable for data loss due to customer actions, software errors, or third-party applications.
7. Technical Support
We provide technical support as per your selected hosting plan.
Support includes troubleshooting network or server infrastructure issues.
Support does not cover third-party software installation or custom application support unless explicitly agreed.
8. Security & Network Protection
We deploy standard security measures and monitoring to protect our infrastructure.
You must ensure your hosted applications and content are secure and compliant with applicable laws.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
You breach any term in this Agreement
Payments are overdue
Activity threatens the security or performance of our network
10. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by the specific plan’s refund terms attached at the time of purchase.
Once services are activated (especially for instant servers), refund eligibility is limited.
Activation fees and used service duration are typically non-refundable.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual materials on our website belong to Instant UK Server or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, transmit, or distribute these materials without written permission.
12. Liability Limitation
Instant UK Server shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the prior billing cycle
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Instant UK Server from any claims or damages arising from your use of the services, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located within the UK.
